MOA-ID/SP/SS

Modules for online applications (MOA) - Identification (ID), Signature verification (SP), Server signature (SS)
Software components that encapsulate all the procedures needed to carry out specific functions, as mandated by the eGovernment strategy:

MOA-ID: This module is used to uniquely identify and authenticate users securely who want to conduct online procedures with their citizen cards.
MOA-SP: This module encapsulates all functionality needed for server-side signature verification.
MOA-SS: This module encapsulates all functionality needed for server-side signature creation

MOCCA

MOCCA - Modular Open Citizen Card Architeture is an Open Source citizen card software.

openZUSE

Open source project implementing Austrian ZUSE modules. This project provides Java APIs for all modules used in Austrian eGovernment for electronic delivery (eDelivery).

MOA-VV

The MOA VV (authorization and representation) was created for the purpose of public authority procedures being able to be carried out online by third-parties on someone else’s behalf, as long as a valid electronic proxy authority agreement exists between the parties.

MOA-ZS

The MOA ZS module creates the interface that is used between record delivery services and electronic file systems or special applications.

PDF-AS

This module supports qualified electronic signatures on PDF documents using the citizen card. Both smartcards and the mobile phone signature are supported. The electronic signature is embedded into the PDF as a visual signature block.

MASS

Mass official signature creation

PortableSigner

PortableSigner is a tool for digital signing (with X.509 certificates) of PDF files. It's written in Java and works in a GUI and a batch mode.
